I couldn't find the thread I started a while back, but I wanted to give an update on my room. Here's a photo of my studio and a diagram showing the rough acoustic treatment.

I just added a JBL subwoofer and tuned it by ear. I ran some tones from the Bink CD and measured them with a Radio Shack meter just for fun, and I was amazed by the results! I never expected to see a response this good out of a typical LA apartment bedroom. Thanks again for your help, Ethan!

Not to curb your enthusiasm \:D but you need to measure at a higher resolution to see the true bass response. I use either the ETF software or sine waves at 1 Hz intervals as described here and here:

This is not to diminish what you've done! I imagine it must sound infinitely better than before treatment.

Yeah, I'm afraid to test anymore, as my results can only get worse. ;\)
