Hi -

I have 2 original MOTU 828's. I only have 1 FireWire port on my Powerbook. Can I link the 2 via the ADAT optical so I can see all 16 inputs? I don't need to send anything back out of the 2nd one so I'm guessing. MOTU 1 master firewire to mac, 2nd motu optical out to optical in of MOTU 1.

I looked around for info, and aparently there's no way to do this via Firewire. Follow this thread. It says it better than I can http://namm.harmony-central.com/discussion/display.html?content_id=1885&thread=132&start_id=132 .
