I am professional composer.
I work as songwriter and the same write and academical music using different genres of music such as oratorio, symphonic music...
I am looking for music producers and publishers, singers for a collaboration aspect.

Since you're in Lithuania, I'm not sure how relevent organizations in the USA (where I live & work) might be... ..
Have you tried checking the Net, search engines, etc., from there ?
PLEASE reply if you contiunue to have no results & I will offer some more concrete ideas but legal issues regarding intellectual property vary greatly from one country to another.
Again, please reply if you still need help...
