Hello everyone!

I know you can use "normal" house insulation left in the bags for bass traping (if you have the room!), however, can you open up the bags and effectivly use them for mid-high frequencies (i.e. making them into traps resembling and acting like traps made from a piece of 2' x 4' x 2" Roxul or Owens Corning?) and if so what should I use (i.e. R value, thickness, etc). Thanks in advance guys!

Yes, fluffy fiberglass is good for mid and high frequencies too. If you get fiberglass 4 to 6 inches thick and compress it to be only 2 or 3 inches thick, that works well.
