My 2 boys 9 and 12 just love Slash, G&R and Velvet Revolver songs and it's gone beyond the GH video games now to where they and alot of their friends are getting real guitars and actually learning to play.

I like some of his stuff, most of it on the 1st GN'R album.
Seems like a cool guy, though...
I still want to know if he'd donate something like a Les Paul Custom or Supreme (or something of the sort) to the Millo cause.

Q: You recorded a Smooth Jazz piece (Obsession Confession on the movie soundtrack to Curdled).
What was your motivation to do that and should we expect some more Smooth Jazz (or any other musical style not normally associated with Slash) in the future?

Question:
You and Axl definitely had something special as a team with GnR. Since you split from the band, you have maintained your own image and degree of commercial and artistic success and credibility, while Axl has obviously had some difficult times. Do you consciously look for good opportunities, just do what feels natural, or take any gig you can get?
Follow Up:
Do you feel that appearing in the ads for the VW/First Act thing, and the Guitar Hero video game enhance your credibility, or is it a matter of extracting some cash from your established cred.
