I found some Auralex T-fusors for pretty cheap. http://www.auralex.com/sound_diffusor_tfusor/sound_diffusor_tfusor.asp
The room is 19.5'x12.5'x8'. But I am only sitting about 2ft away from the back wall. Do you think it would be worth the $150 for 6 panels(Maybe in a checkerboard pattern with absorbers) or should I just pass and stick with absorption only? Also do diffusors have to mounted directly on the wall?

I listened to your guitar example, but my soundcard isnt very good. So i really couldn't notice a difference.

I'm not a big fan of those particular diffusors. They're not the same QRD design as I used in my demo video, and they won't give the same results. Further, at only 2 feet away you'll do better with absorption than diffusion.

As for mounting, diffusors can be spaced off the wall if needed.
