I thought i read somewhere you did not want the FRK backing on your traps! After running across Ethans density test it seems the FRK backing did do better with absorbing. Im confused now do we want to use the FRK backing rigid fiberglass or the non backing?

Also for first reflections and ceiling treatment would you only use 2" instead of 4" of thickness rigid fiberglass? the room is 15 x 11 and 8 foot ceilings. From what i have seen i would also want to use square foam spacers to seperate them from sitting flush with the wall correct?

also im still debating on 703 verses 705 with a small room like mine would it be best to stick with the 705?

Four inch thick 705-FRK is good for corner bass traps, and two to four inch thick 703 or 705 non-FRK is preferred for reflection points. The thicker the better in both cases.
