I've just started working at club where the right set of speakers is noticable louder than the left and I can't figure out what is causing it. All levels going in are equal, the eq is equal, the amps are set the same and the crossover is not the issue.
Any suggestions?

How do you know "all levels going in are equal"? Are you judging this from the gear metering, or have you actually measured voltage?

Have you checked phase on each speaker? Out of phase speakers are so common in club rigs, where something gets blown and whoever changes it out pays no attention to polarity?

If you really want to do this right, I suggest getting a good meter, a source of test tones, and start at the beginning, going one piece of gear at a time.
