Anyone know of a cheap solution to covering rigid fiberglass. Also, I live in Chico, CA ('bout 1 1/2 hrs from Sacramento) anyone know of a place closer than the Bay that I can buy rigid Roxul 60 or OC 703/705. Thanks guys.

For covering the fiberglass or mineral wool, find a JoAnn Fabrics (or other fabric store) and look for lightweight Muslin. It works great and is relatively inexpensive. Here in the midwest, it can be as cheap as $1.25 per yard depending on width, weight, and color.

I just did up a few more this week and was going to buy burlap. There was this stuff right beside it called 'weedstop' that is landscaping fabric . It was a meager 7 bucks for 50 feet ( black )but they also have a thicker version which is more opaque.

YMMV

That's probably OK but I don't know how well it will hold up over time. I personally wouldn't like the look if it's like the stuff I've used in shrub beds.

Just curious if the landscaping fabric would be OK to use. Would it serve the same purpose as muslin or would it be less absorbant of the waves?
