I have ProTools HD2 on a mac, and I use V-Stack as a sound module on a PC.

I write my MIDI in ProTools, send the midi to V-Stack and then I record the audio output of V-Stack into ProTools

The problem is that, the audio that I record from V-Stack is out of sync. This is more evident when I record drums from V-Stack.

The drums that I record, are not in sync with the ProTools click. It's not a constant delay. The drums might be in sync with the click in the beginning and end of the song but in various parts of the song they are out of sync. And every time I try this the sync problem is different.

What could be the problem here?

Thanks

The latency problem is caused (or improved) by the right drivers. If I remember correctly, 'Trucks' on the Guitar Forum posted what these were a couple of months ago - 'Search' is your friend here!! \:\)
