A few months ago, you guys compiled lessons from various issues over the years and put it together into one nice article. That was a cool thing.

Maybe you could take this a step further and include and old interview article now and then by guys like Johnny Winter, SRV, EVH... etc... you get my point.

Unfortunately, all the issues I had in the 80s and 90s I had are long gone so I can't read those articles anymore.

Anyway... just a thought.

You know, that's a cool idea. Have a "historic" section for the mag, reprint previously published interviews from back in the day, maybe include a bit of tab displaying their style or something. Could be cool...

I agree. By all means "go boldly where no one has gone before," but respect the past also!

I'd still love to see someone come along and really shake things up like the Beatles and Hendrix did back in the day! But the Beatles and Hendrix were serious students of the artists who came before them!

Umm, the last page already is usually excerpts from older interviews.

I think there are also plenty of "vintage" lessons reprinted in that section. I'd like to see Tommy Tedesco's old column reprinted once in a while.

A lot of times the archival stuff shows up when a notable player passes away. Maybe not the best policy towards the archives, but what can you do?

It would be interesting to see interviews with "up and comers", who are now well known. A "Flash Back" article.
