I have a two room facility here i Stockholm and i plan to rehearse in one and record in the other. Both rooms need acoustic treatment so I'm planning to build panel absorbers acording to Ethanīs plans. But I thought, since we don't record and rehearse at the same time it would be a good idea to make these traps movable.

So:
1) what kind of material should i use for the back of the trap?
2) can I just hang them on the wall as any painting
3) can I put legs on them to make them stand in the middle of the room and also serve as room dividers for live recordings?

Benni,

If you're planning to make traps that are portable, skip the wood panel design and just use rigid fiberglass traps as described in the forum FAQ.

Is there a health problem with moving fabric covered rigid fiberglass traps/panels? I.e. over time will the fiberglass particles work their way through the fabric and into your lungs?

This is not a concern. Just don't bang on them with a baseball bat. \:D
