I'd say:
*Board *EQ(if really necessary) *Compressor/limiter/gate *Amp-to speakers
and here's why. The only good reason for putting a (brick wall) limiter after the 2-bus in a live situation is to protect the(amp and) speakers from spikes and volume surges, such as a dropped mic or an overly zealous singer. EQ(I assume) is a changing process to 'tune' the system, and is another reason for limiting. Simply raising the EQ at 100 cycles may be enough to blow the speakers, and the limiter will be there to do it's thing. Put the EQ after the limiter, and there's no overload protection when adjusting EQ.
