I have recently moved address here in London and emailed the subscription email address and have not recieved a reply. My bass player magazine has been going to my old address. Can someone advice me on who to contact? Thank you and great work on the magazine. I have every issue!

Jim, I don't work at BP but I would suggest telephoning using the number in BP. I had a slight problem like this and the phone call resolved it, I know it's a drag making an overseas call.

I'll try this as now my May issue hasn't turned up! I've a feeling my subscription has run out after 12 months but I haven't been asked to renew by email, phone or post. That was my first year of subscription so I'm not sure what next to renew. I'll try the link or make a phone call.
If you continue to have trouble, please email me at jkaltreider@musicplayer.com
Best,
Jimmy
The flaw with this system is you need to keep your old address labels to know your customer number or how your adress appears on the label. Who keeps their old packaging? Maybe I will in future when I get this sorted!

OK, I logged in with my address, trial and error. As I guessed; my subscription expired. My bad. I guess I should look more carefully at the packaging, there was probably a renewal notice of some kind. I just resubscribed onilne but the first issue will be July's. That means I have to buy two issues at the newstands, those two costing almost half as much as a year's subscription. Oh well, shows you what a great deal the subscription is!

Check the magazine. It works out an awful lot cheaper than buying each issue from the news-stands.
Checking the Bassplayer.com site the current rate is $14.99 per year; then you need to add $25 for postage to the UK - works out at a total of $39.99 per year (about £20). Bargain!
