Hey guys,
As usual, great job with the magazine this month. But I was wondering: the interview with Squarepusher says that for more, I can go to the website. I was really looking forward to reading it, but I can't find it anywhere on bp.com. When will that get posted?

Yeah, great issue. Lots of thought provoking stuff in the interviews with Squarepusher and John Patitucci. I dig his thoughts on counterpoint, I use dto conceive bass and write in a more explictitly contrapuntal manner, John made me think about approaching bass that way again. I expecially like the way he describes a great walking line as working contrapuntally. Hadriem Feraud I've been raving about for a while and Danyel Morgan, Justin Meldal, Bootsy and Sweets Sherrell are all great picks. Nice one!

Thanks for the nice words, Phil W. We do have a bunch of cool stuff to post at bassplayer.com, including sound samples from Patitucci's CD and a Squarepusher online exclusive, but we've been having some troubles loading it all up to the site. (I'll spare you the details.)
Our Web Director Max Sidman, tells me that he's going to be able to get it up soon, possibly as early as today.

I'd love to read the squarepusher interview too, is it up on the website yet?
I really think he beaks the mould when it comes to IDB.
