1. A high speed internet connection (DSL or higher). 2. The ability to use FTP to transfer files. 3. A multitrack recording workstation with stereo mix capabilities. 4. The ability to record high quality tracks.

We are doing almost the same type of setup as you are. We use a wiki based website for the members to share info etc. and FTP individual tracks for final mixing.
