This has been bugging me ever since Nelly Furtado's Loose was released, so I decided to bug you with this question.

In September 2005 you did a feature about Chris Chaney, "Date With A Master" . It states that Chris Chaney recorded a track for Furtado's then-upcoming release, presumably "Loose". However, Allmusic's rather extensive credits list mentions neither Chaney nor Heitor Pereira. The cd jacket doesn't mention them either.

So what's the deal? Did the track get ditched or did Chaney and Pereira go uncredited?

Tilppi, I'm not sure who would know the answer. I thought about replying but since I don't have the information. The BP staff only check in here occasionally, I guess one of them could ask Chris. The article is pretty old, maybe only Chris or Heitor or the producer would know the answer.

Maybe try to track down a way of contacting Chris directly (MySpace? his website?) - assuming he has either.

Hey Tilppi, what are the strong tracks on Nelly Furtado's new CD? I loved 'Like a Bird' but I haven't heard anything on her newer singles worth listening to.
