Ken Scott, one of the foremost engineers of our time, will be giving an audio/visual presentation Friday, Jan. 27 in Los Angeles.

Ken has engineered or produced with The Beatles, David Bowie, Elton John, Supertramp, Jeff Beck, Missing Persons, Devo and many others.

Too bad that didn't coincide with NAMM, I'd have attended for sure. Just got back from LA. That would be sweet indeed!

I saw one of these previous to this. It was AMAZING to hear how the Bowie records were put together. You would not imagine some of the situations. VERY different than today, and the results show. You even get to hear solo'd vocal tracks, pianos, drums etc to illustrate the song and production growth.

Plus, he did a long Q&A afterward and signed a buncha albums for people...
