Hey guys here's a situation I really need help with. What is the best/ cost effective way to send Pro Tools files and sessions by e-mail to a client if you don't have Digidelivery?

Fedex or UPS. Protools sessions, even a few tracks, are too big to be allowed by many ISP's. If you have your own website, you can ftp the session to it, and the client if they have an ftp app can get it that way. (Make sure to zip the session first.)
Otehrwise copy to HDD, CD-R or DVD-R and send overnight.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. Only thing I forgot to tell you was the client needs the file at this moment because the artist is leaving Sunday morning. Any other suggestions are welcome. Please explain how to use the ftp technique??? I do have my own web site
