Hey man I record radio commercial, rock songs, pop music, acoustic songs ... ìm planning to buy more in the future. I`m crazy about the vintech x73, but now, i can`t import it (and i need two channels) That`s why i`m stuck with these 3 options

Hmmm... I wonder why you can't import a Vintech. Where do you live? Any chance you could order one from the USA (or Ebay) and have it shipped to you and just pay the import duties? I mean, if that's what you really want, then IMO, you should go with that and find a way to make it happen.
Also, if you're interested in the "Neve" flavor, have you considered the Vintech Dual 72? True, it lacks the EQ section of the X73 / X73i, but it is a two channel 1272 based unit and it sounds great. I've got one and I absolutely love it.
Anyway, the Amek / Millennia and UA don't really sound at all like a 1272 / 1073, so if that's the "color" you want, none of those other preamps are going to get you there IMO.
The Phoenix or Great River NV options would though... are either of those available in your country?
