Live Sound Engineer Needed!!!

My band Todesbonden is currently looking for an experienced sound engineer to join us as a full time member of the band.

What we are looking for:
-someone with a lot of sound engineer experience (in ear monitors, festivals, clubs, small bars, etc..)
-someone who is willing to listen to the desires of what the band wants to sound like. Basically easy to get along with.
-someone with the ability to tour occasionally, travel to other states, countries, willing to do as many shows that are set up for the band.
-someone who is willing to accept that some nights will be less profitable then others
-must at least be sober during our set, you can get obliterated afterwards.

Todesbonden's description:

-We are signed to a German label (Prophecy Productions) and will mostly likely play a few European shows in the future.
-We are a Medieval, Celtic, World, Folk Rock Band with doom metal influences, violins, female vocals.
-If you would like to hear our music you can go to http://www.myspace.com/todesbonden
-our practice space is located in Baltimore, MD
-we have a couple of promotional agencies working with us for promotion.
-our website is: http://www.todesbonden.com
-we consist currently of 6 band members, vocals, 1 guitarist (heavy and acoustic), bass player, violinist, keyboard player, drummer (rather decent size drumset, although not enormous)

Details:
-we are offering an equal split of the live payment for gigs and a decent priced meal \:\)
-you do not have to come to rehearsals, except to learn our sound and get used to what we are doing on occasion (or unless you want to)

Please contact us at: band@todesbonden.com

Thank you.

P.S. the website of the person I got this from is at http://www.laurieannhaus.com. Let's just say that I'm a fan of her work. I found her on LiveJournal.com, by the way. \:\)
