Working on a production, and the producer wants a wireless video camera on stage. Image quality isn't really a big deal, this is a quick scene, being displayed on 34 NTSC TVs via their RF inputs. It is more the idea that what is on stage is reflected on the screens fo that quick minute or two.
Obviously, ENG gear is too expensive for the production. I'm looking at baby cams and helecopter cams and survelance cams, 2.4 GHz transmission, battery powered. (We can have the prop department stuff whatever we get into an ENG-looking box...) but it needs to be battery powered and completely wireless. Any other suggestions?
