My friend Dale's band has a BFI 8250 powered mixer with a channel or two on the fritz. They're wondering who in SoCal can repair it at a reasonable cost. The band is Elsinore based so obviously the closer the better.
Any one got a name?
Oh, I've already suggested to them that they open it up and look for obvious connection failures.
Okay, I have some possibilites for you, but I found them by searching through Digitech's directory of repair centers. The third one listed (in North Hollywood) takes care of a ton of different stuff, so they may be good, but there are others equidistant. Phone numbers are listed. Good luck!

Thanks, I've not had the time to really do a search for the guys. I'll send that info along.
Best place for repairs in your neck of the woods, is Professional Sound & Music (formerly Muscians Repair Service) in San Diego. I can't remember the address but their very close to Jack Murphy Stadium.

Thanks DallasPA. That's not too far from where Dale works & I get down that way quite often so I may transport if for him if he desides to go that way.
