Phil,
You mentioned you might have a couple of stickys in the forum. It would be great to have a sticky or FAQ or some such thing with a collection of links like the one Stranger found.  I always add these kind of links to my Favorites when I catch them, but sometimes its just easier to know that they're all collected at a place like the Project Studio forum when I forget which one had the info I'm looking for.
