Hey folks,
Don't quite know if this belongs here....will give it a shot..

have got a pair of 21 inch speaker components. Was wondering if any of you all had any ideas or links to sites that would help in designing and building of a cabinet enclosure that would house a 21 inch speaker.
Have experience with designing and fabricating cabinets for the 15 and 18 inch speakers, but this 21 inch is a new one to me. Do you think a "modified/ mondo W- Bin design" would work ok for this 21 inch speaker????

A google search on "speaker cabinet design" should turn up plenty of links. You could also ask for advice in the rec.audio.tech newsgroup.

I know this... design carefully. I have been severely dissapointed in the 21 and 24 inch subs that I have heard. They have all been sloppy/floppy/muddy.

Oh, and be prepared to rotate the speaker in the cabinet on a regular basis (check with the manufacturer for recomendations.. probably cabinet related, though.)

The components are from BEYMA i think....the beyma site didn't have any reference to speaker enclosure building designs..
contacting their tech support might yield something though
