My English is only my second language so I'll do my best to make myself understandable.

Here is my problem:
I have a rectangular room of 18x13x8(feet) which I want transform into a listening and theatre room.

I still can change the dimensions to make it an ideal room by building new walls.

The walls are as followed:
- the 18 feet walls are made of solid bricks one side and plasterboard with insulation on the other side.
- the 13 feet walls are of solid bricks with a door at one side and a 8x6feet window at the opposite side.
- the floor is at the moment bare concrete.
- the ceiling is plastered with insulation.

Q1 What can I do on the bricks walls ? - cover them with fiberglass and fabric on top, construct new frames filled with rigid insulation and cover the whole lot with plasterboard...

Q2 What to do to keep the sound from going out of the room through the wall constructed with plasterboards ? - Add a second wall, put plywood boards on top of the plaster...

Q3 How to deal with the big windows ? - use thick curtain, build sliding wall as a cover ...

Q4 What to do with the ceiling ?

Please give your recommendations.

Those dimensions are not terrible.

See the Acoustics FAQ, second in the list on my Articles page:

This FAQ will answer a lot of your basic acoustic treatment questions.

Sound isolation is much more difficult than sound treatment within a room. The two keys are mass and isolation. Mass means thick heavy walls. Isolation means walls that do not touch each other. If you have the freedom to build new walls and do other extensive contruction, that's what it will take. But first seal all the air leaks, including the cracks under the doors. That alone can make a big improvement.
