This passed weekend, I played my first gig out live in a long while. It is definately in the top 3 of the best feelings known to man, except for the next morning! We played in a place that had virtually no ventalation, and probably 400 smokers! Now, I am not "smoker-phobic", I would just like to know if there are any ways that you vocalists out there can prepare for a "3 carton" night, and not wake up feeling like the back of your head was pounded in?! Is it 3 advil, 2 gallons of water, and 1 eggo waffle?
Any ancient chinese secrets or family remedies?
