I have an opportunity to sign with a Production company that has Major Label ties.
Thay also have a Management Arm that would take 15% if I signed with them.I haven't been pressured to go with them but I was wondering, would that be like "double dipping" or is it unethical to record and be managed by them.

It actually IS a conflict of interest, but if you sign a document stating that you are fully aware of that and still want to proceed, than it's actually legal.
My opinion is it's not a good idea because YOUR best interests are not really being looked after. But one outa two aint bad nowadays. Good luck!
