I work at a radio statio and a television station, but I really want to find employment as an audio engineer and someday producer. I'm a college grad and can't afford to go to a technical school at a crazy price to learn what I already know and end up back at square one. Please point me in the right direction as to how I can get my foot in the door and eventually attain my career goals. Thanx

get out the phone book and find the studios in your town. Go up there with a resume and charm your way into your new job.
PS - you may have to take a pay cut at first, but if you're good it will be obvious
