I cant find enough daylight hours to practice on the old upright, so I am in search of the best electric piano for under $1000. I am a new student, I love playing blues, Im in middle age and want to make up for lost time (bad start at age 6). I need headphone capability, could do with less than 88 keys, but not much less, need portability for future gigin, and mostly a real piano touch and sound. let me know what youve tried out and like. let me know if theres any good used outlets to check out. Gotta go practice while the kids arent hear, bye!

Hello there. If you´re looking for a Rhodes or Wurlitzer electric piano sounds, I recommend to you to get the VOCE electric piano mudule, it costs like $550 and you can plugg it in every midi keyboard, this can be very portable and with the good enough sounds.
