Hey,

I reformated my computer which had reason 2.5 on it. Before I did so, I backed up all my files on my brothers PC through our network. I bought Reason 3.0 (academic superstore - AWESOME) and installed it. But when I brought the files back to my mac and tried opening my old reason (2.5) files, the cpu read it as different files. I should be able to transfer my reason 2.5 files to 3.0 right? does anyone know how? Thanks

What do you mean by "read it as different files?"

Do you mean the files are unrecognized as Reason song files?

Yes Zero, precisely! And when I try opening the file up using Reason 3.0, it doesn't recognize it.. .

SO you can actually see the file in 3.0's browser and it's not greyed out?
