This is a 7 disc release - and is apparently quite limited, so get an order in as fast as you can.
All of Bjork's studio albums have been remixed in 5.1 for DTS (24/96?) and Dobly Dirgital - sadly no High Rez, but DTS is a starting point (and better than straight Dolby, IMHO).
Apparently, the versions of both Vespertine & Medulla are also different mixes to the previously released DVD-A/SACD titles as well.
Bjork has made superb use of surround on Medulla & Vespertine, so I am really looking forward to this one landing on my doormat this week.
