Hi
A friend of mine just gave me a Dolby Pro-Logic system.
Can I use this with my 5.1 DVD Player which supports DTS etc, and get the benefits of Pro-Logic as opposed to standard 2 channel stereo.
I have a Phono(RCA?) cable connected from the audio right/left output of the DVD to the Pro-Logic amp.
Is there any audio setting I should use on the DVD player. It hasn't got a Pro-Logic setting.

Sorry for the daft questions, but I have never use Pro-Logic before.

Thanks.

The two-channel stereo output from the DVD player will be decoded by the Dolby Pro Logic decoder in your receiver. You don't need to do anything special on the player.
