Hello:
I´m a sound engineer, I am designing a study dolby to mix cinema- We are working in the producction of 3D animated films, we created “Pirates on the Callao”, we mixed it in FX, Argentina, This film has been a ticket succesfull and because of the fact, we are already working on the production of two films.
Peruvian directors, producers, and a very talented staff are interested in the project.
How can we make it in order to obtain a DOLBY license ?
We´ll be very gratefull if you can help us, just by telling us the legal way for us to do it.
If we can make it, it will be the very first DOLBY Study here in Peru.

Sorry about my spelling and grammar...Thanks for your time.

It depends what sort of license you are talking about.
To get your standard Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack certified, just send it to Dolby Labs, and they will tell you if you are able to use their logo.
A lot will depend on the encoder too.

If it is THX certification you are talking about, that gets expensive. Very expensive.
