FireWire CD burners.

I have noticed they are now making firewire cd burners. Have you heard anything about them? Are the just as good as SCSI? Would it be something to buy, or just wait?

Hardware will typically be introduced before anyone can write software for it. Sometimes the same company will introduce a hardware/software package together, however.

I don't think any of the popular CD burning packages out there support firewire CDRWs - YET.

It's a promising area, though.

I have found out that toast 4.0 supports firewire CD burners, I am leaning toward that direction. What do you think?
