Bin must decide if he wants to stay on the plate or jump.
Make that 1250 feet. A little more time for him to think on his way down.

I can't believe my eyes. Suddenly you are all talking about taking away his rights? We should have a court appointed attorney, we need to make sure he was Marandized properly. Make sure he has a warm cell with cable TV, internet access and conjugal visits from his forty eight wives. After all this is America and we are really concerned about human rights. We actually should hand Bin Laden over to Saddam instead of President Bush since Bush is worse than Saddam, right? I'm sure Johnny Cochran will take him on as a client. He'll be fine.

Botch, I had a similar idea, except that it would be to strap him in a harness, and dangle him from a helicopter above Manhattan or somesuch, out of reach of hands, but not out of reach of clubs. Let it go on for a couple of hours. One of my coworkers and I decided another good one would be to use him as a crash test dummy; preferably at someplace like Volvo, because the cars are generally built to be tough, we could use him over and over and over again.
I've upped my standards; now, up yours.

The sad reality is this: If he is ever captured and handed over to the US, he will be treated like a visiting dignitary because the rest of the world will be watching like hawks. He will be charged, and after 2-3 years of building a case against him(while he and his team gets the best lawyers who want to make a name for themselves, he will come to a trial that will be a bigger circus than the OJ debacle. The US will of course seek the death penalty, Amnisty International will file injunctions, most of the leading countries in the UN will protest and threaten to pull out because captital punishment is a no-no. There will be delay after delay, while the US gives him the best medical treatments available(At taxpayer expense) to keep him alive for trial. At some point, he will grow too ill to appear at the trial(He has some sort of liver condition), and the country will keep a death vigil over him like has never been seen. There may be celebrations when he finally dies, but we will all sense an incompleteness, and emptyness, because in the end, he won. He won on September 11, 2001, because we could never do the damage to him that he did to us. If we wiped out Al Quiada and his whole familiy, we still lose. See, he took something from us. Even if we rain vengence upon him, he had nothing to lose anyway. But in Syria, they sing his praises in the street. In Lebenon, the sell his posters and burn American presidents in effegy. If he escapes, he becomes Robin Hood, a legend that bested the Sheriff of Nottingham. If we catch him and execute him, he's Ghandi, and the most terrible marytr that we could imagine. It's not like Hitler or Napolean. There are still millions of people that believe the same things that he does, and are clenching thier fists, thrusting them in the air and saying, "Yeah, that's it, you show them Osama!". He dies, he becomes a god. He's killed by a marine while being taken, he's a god. He's tortured, he's a god. Life in prison ... See my point? He already won.
I really don't know what to put here.

Give me a break, Johnny's convicted more people as an asst DA in LA than most lawyers could ever dream about! Besides you may wanna count F Lee Bailey, Barry Scheck, and that Robert Shapiro in on any future dream team's as they were apart of the last one too... In reality, I'll bet Johnny and his dream team cohorts are gonna watch these proceedings(devoid of televised torture) from the comfort of their living room just the same...
TROLL . . . ish.
