OP saucyjack Senior Member Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 315 Likes: 1 Tennessee	Last nite while saving some mixes to the Masterlink,I got a something error 28(?) readout and machine froze up.It had been working fine and had no problems until last nite.Since the machine was locked up I powered down then up again and readout said "no OS,install OS".So I DL ed the most recent OS update and installed on Masterlink.This seemed to work but had to reformat my HD thus lost archived mixes which is a pain in the ass. Any one have any insight why or what happened? Anyone had a similar problem? Can I prevent it from happening again? Smell the Magic http://www.Katp.com

With the Masterlink it's fairly easy and straight forward. Just burn disks of anything you "think" you want to keep and, document accurately. Sly Whasineva ehaiz, ehissgot ta be Funky!
