Well, it turned out luck was on my side, when i just happened to see one of my remaining two bass choices on sale, for $230 less then average. It was/is the Tobias Toby Pro-5, and i got it scratch and dent, and the only thing i can see "wrong" with it is a weird coloration on the fretboard after the 24th fret. Big deal. I Anyhoo, just wanted to share my joy...and put my squire to rest (AKA burn it).

Or you could turn the Squier into a piccolo bass. Better than a Stingray! I still love my new Washburn! Phat jammin' 'bout it.

I just got a new Knilling upright yesterday. Sold for $2650 reg. It was a scratch-n-dent, so they knocked the price down to $1800, but then they knocked it down to $1200 becaus I'm a student. So, reg. $2650, I got it for $1200. LEt the good times roll!

To: KougaR: congrats...you got a tremendous deal on one of the best upgrade instruments I've seen...I love these...they way they look, feel, play. Not a very loud bass, a little noise on the treble side, but run it wide open, flat eq and let the amp do the work.

To: Templar....now your talking a bit better...$1200 is good for the Summit.

Mt. Clemons, eh....ever hear of Freeland? That's my hometown...seems like we played a Mt. Clemons in football or something.
