Gruuve
I'm going to be playing percussion (bongo's and a few other items) in church this weekend. (I'm normally the bassist, but I also have played drums and percussion for many years, so this should be quite refreshing!) Anyway, I've got a small set of LP Bongo's, but I need some sort of stand to mount them on. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to look for? I've got a Sam Ash, Guitar Center, and 2112 Percussion here locally, so I can check what they have if I know what I'm actually looking for. Any help appreciated! freelance
Gibralter makes a couple of styles (I think Gibralter make better bonog stands than LP, TOCA, etc.) I prefer the style that clamps to the wood block between the bongos (vs. the style that places the clamp inside the drum shell). I don't recall the model number - but any decent music store will carry Gibralter stands
