are these still being made

Yes, Kubicki basses are still being made. Talked to Philip Kubicki this past week. I'm heading to Santa Barbara later this month and taking my Factor Bass serial #268 for restoration. There is a web page, http://www.kubicki.com. There is also a new Yahoo club for Kubicki users. For a while they were being produced by Fender, but again are made by Philip Kubicki.
