I've been using cubase vst for a few years for simple one-track-at-a-time audio recording. however, after reformatting my hardrive, i cannot find the software for the life of me. cubase vst was perfect for me and my crappy pc because it was essentially so strictly audio orientated with little midi functions that lag times were hard to come by. With other software, like logic audio, i can't escape these lag times on my crappy pc. So, my question: Is there a suitable replacement for cubase vst that is going to suit my needs as i have described them, since cubase vst can no longer be found anywhere? OR does anyone know where i can find cubase vst again?

Thanks in advance

Tom
