Anderton
It's shaping up to be a real problem, so I hope our friends in Louisiana and Mississippi are safe (PreSonus is in Baton Rouge, which is slated to get hit with stronger winds than New Orleans). I've been through some nasty hurricanes, so I know what it's like when there's no food, water, power, or gasoline for over a week...although the worst part, I suppose, was the sewage lifters downstream not working! Stay safe, everyone, and check in to let us know how you're doing. Here in Nashville, we're expecting a few inches of rain as the storm moves northeast and peters out, but it shouldn't be worse than the average "lotsa rain" situation. Nowarezman
Yes, everyone in the path, have a plan! The computer models show a really tight set of models this time. There will be a whole lot of rain over a number of big river systems, so regional flooding for perhaps a few days might be in the cards. I'm sure we'll get our turn here in Texas before hurricane season is over.... nat
Anderton
Haven't heard from my peeps at PresSonus yet, but apparently, the hurricane swung a bit to the right at the last minute, so it was only horrible for them, not catastrophic. OTOH haven't heard back from a friend in Gulfport who was on pins and needles...
