Dave Bryce Posted April 3, 2021 Share Posted April 3, 2021 Today, I get to play music outside with some of my favorite people, almost all industry folk: Mark McCrite from Strymon, Stan Cotey from Fender, Gene Joly from QSC/TASCAM, Marcus Ryle and his wife Sue Wolf from Line 6 (among other things) and Jon Maier from Blue Mics...along with one civilian, our band's singer Melanie Kelly. Just us and our spouses in a big backyard. A bunch of us play several instruments, so the configurations/flow of the jam will change. It was fun, plus our friend fed us and slipped us $80 each (which we were not expecting and did not request). I've got a duo gig lined up near the end of the month, that's fun too. FWIW, I had my second vax on March 3rd, more comfortable with that done. Our singer/strummer is the other part of the duo, he's been vaxxed too.
