Docbop
From what i've heard, "Keyscape" and "old computer" don't exactly go well together. Good luck! It's a 2015 iMac with multicore i7 and 32GB RAM so it should work, if not I have a newer computer.
uhoh7
https://nektartech.com/panorama-t4-t6-controller/ I have one of these, and it does have a unique action. My fav of the super-plastics I've tried, with outstanding aftertouch. It cannot do raw sysex, however, like the Rolands. I talked to Spectrasonics and they said the computer is fine, but recommend installing Keyscape on a external SSD.
jazzpiano88
Does anyone make a "controller desk" that turns any keyboard into a controller ala midi mapper on steroids? I've never found a standalone controller that beats the feel and capability of the KX88, so why not make the feel and capability independent? I guess a DAW or piece of Apple SW can do this but why not a nicely designed standalone HW module? You could do worse than finding an old Digital Music MX-8. It will handle routing better than remapping gobs of CC#s though. Quote Moe ---

I use a 2011 iMac with i5 and 16GB RAM + Lacie (the orange one) 256 SSD and Keyscape + Trillian running perfectly.

USB Host support as well, which is cool... https://www.lab4music.it/ Cheers, Mike.
hardware
I like the box. When I replace my Physis K4 it will be a good choice. Quote Magnus C350 + FMR RNP + Realistic Unisphere Mic
