I got to go over to his studio once many years ago. Really nice guy...and he's even been a immortalized in Doonesbury!

Yes, his massive talents aside, Jay gives off a very genuine, warm vibe. I would have loved to work as an apprentice for him if only to hear all the tips and anecdotes from him.

This was great, thanks for sharing. Gotta dig into Robbie Buchanan's playing a little more.

BTW, anyone have a counter on the amount of times "cat" and "man" were used there? laugh
