I like the article and I like the topic. A quick search online brought up a ton of links but I didn't see that title. Maybe forumites have other cool ideas? I have something that has really helped me, Craig alludes to it in the article. Maybe I just say more or less the same thing with different words. It took me too long to learn how to do this but "Don't edit yourself when you are writing lyrics." You may write something that is not clever, not nice, not worthy. Do it, let the words flow out of you when they do. I don't know how many creative endeavors I crushed when I stopped to "fix" something and lost the creativity groove. You can edit later, if you have anything to work with. Don't stop yourself. Quote It took a chunk of my life to get here and I am still not sure where "here" is.
