Hello, I just picked up one of these and while I love the sound I have a seemingly stupid question...out of the box the sounds that you hear are those from the memory bank. I can’t seem to figure out how to bypass those and just create sounds from scratch. Thanks for any help

I just got one also. So when you're on a preset and move a knob or control you have started to edit. So just move all the controls all the way to zero and start. I don't think there is a init patch you start from. Best thing is to find a preset that is close to what you want and to tweak it.

words of wisdom. thu

A reason why I collect old keyboards is that I feel partly responsible for doing it, responsible for preserving history and being a custodian for these things
Plus, old gear has a story. I like that.

Ooh. This one has been high on the list for several years...other things have just been more of what was needed at the time. Skulpt too...dang cool noise makers.

I also have the micromonsta. A nice box. Sounds awesome and easy to program. Love it.
