nursers
Disclaimer: aside from my signature I avoid posting links to my own website in this forum, but I hope it's ok to make an exception this time as I think a lot of people here will love it. Eduard takes old pianos and other gear and merges new keyboard technology with them. The grand piano is stunning IMO and the other stuff isn't too shabby either. uhoh7
It's the biggest VST I ever saw! LOL, gorgeous for sure, not too practical for most of us.....for the same reason we don't have a grand in the house. Size matters. But Eduard got me thinking: A grand is over the top for me. However a gutted upright could be incredible, if you pulled the sound board and hammers and replaced them with......shelves!!! For the synths etc laying arround the place of course. One upright could hold many MIDI toys, and easy two manuals as well. I looked but did not see anything but simple conversions with uprights. My upright is healthy, thank you very much, but wrecks are cheap. BluesKeys
I am not sure I could do that to an instrument. Quote Jimmy Those are my principles, and if you don't like them... well, I have others. SamuelBLupowitz
At a recent driveway jam I attended, the next door neighbor was literally assaulting a piano soundboard with a sledgehammer. I do not know why. But I can only hope the end result is something like this. Quote Samuel B. Lupowitz Musician. Songwriter. Food Enthusiast. Bad Pun Aficionado.
