Thanks for sharing, Mr. Sklar is a "been there, done that" master of his instrument.

I saw him play with Toto, he was one of the highlights.

We've all heard him play, many times - whether we realized it or not.
Dude is on over 2,000 records and played for television as well.

If you are on FaceBook, Itzhak Perlman does some brief 2 minute videos and always plays at the end. They are light and funny and his playing is of course amazing.

I watched a couple of them the other day, and laughed when he apologized for being sloppy, being that "sloppy" for Sklar is still beyond what most of us will achieve.

A very humble and kind gentleman too BTW. I met him at the NAMM show a number of years ago, and bought a custom bass he was parting with.
