Words to sing for testing microphones

I am preparing to test my mics by singing and seeing what results I get. We've all experienced plosives and sibilence. There are ways to alleviate these, most common is to back away from the mic.

My recording space is subject to uncontrollable external noise so being closer does provide a better signal to noise ratio.

I plan to sing these in at least a couple of octaves. This is something I can post freely online and not worry about copyright or giving away my original songs. My intent is to condense.

I've chosen the following words as part of "worst case scenario". I'd love suggestions to add other words that could cause problems. Thanks!!!!

Xylophone, Ecstatic, Popcorn, Turtle

It took a chunk of my life to get here and I am still not sure where "here" is.

They not only test your mic but they're good practice for vocal agility.

I sing (to the tune of "Take Me Out To The Ball Game")

Banquets, parties and balls, boys,

Parties, banquets and balls.

Banquets, parties and balls, boys,

Parties, banquets and balls.

Parties and banquets and banquets and parties and

Balls, balls, balls

Gets 'em every time. They never ask me to check a mic again.
